At Gooy, we’re committed to getting your essential pantry staples to your door efficiently and reliably. We understand that a well-stocked pantry is key to stress-free cooking, and we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on a Friday, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address.
Standard Shipping (within the Contiguous U.S.):
- Delivery Time: Estimated 3-7 business days from the time your order ships.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping (within the Contiguous U.S.):
- Delivery Time: Estimated 2-3 business days from the time your order ships.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout (higher than standard shipping).
Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Rural areas or unexpected shipping carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery times.
3. Free Shipping Eligibility
- We occasionally offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a certain minimum purchase amount.
- Any current free shipping offers will be clearly advertised on our website.
- The minimum purchase amount for free shipping applies to the subtotal of eligible items after any discounts and before taxes.
4. Shipping Carriers
Gooy partners with reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. The specific carrier used for your order will depend on the shipping method selected and your delivery address.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package directly on the carrier’s website.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Standard Shipping only. For all other shipping methods, a physical address is required.
- APO/FPO Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) may incur additional shipping costs and longer delivery times. These options will be presented at checkout if available for your location.
- International Shipping: At this time, Gooy only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
- Gooy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
- If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us at +1 (915) 684-1480. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, or if items arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged items.
- Please provide your order number and any relevant details, including photos of damaged packaging or items if applicable.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
